What an honour and such a meaningful experience! Being a part of the BOLD Woman 40 over 40 project was truly enjoyable, and I'm so grateful to be included in a project that celebrates strong women and positive outlooks. I'm really looking forward yo seeing the magazine issue this spring and sharing the stories it will highlight.
When women lift one another up, something powerful happens. Support doesn’t always look loud or public—it’s often quiet encouragement, shared understanding, and choosing kindness over competition. In a world that can feel heavy, intentionally looking for positive messages matters. Those moments of affirmation, solidarity, and care remind us that we’re not walking alone—and that together, we are stronger, steadier, and more hopeful.
Being invited to join the gala event as a panelist is truly special and I look forward to meeting many great women and community leaders.

I was honoured to speak on the panel and be part of meaningful conversations around how women continue to grow, evolve, and reinvent themselves while staying grounded in their truth. These are the spaces that remind us of what is possible when women come together with intention.
