During Covid I was searching for a way to help families guide children in expressing their feelings. It led to me writing the children's book, "My Monster Feels" (available on Amazon) This journey was impactful and helped start conversations and connections between parents and caregivers and children.

2025-08-27 I had the privilege of appearing on CTV Calgary to talk about ways families can help children cope with stress.
