I’m incredibly honored to be nominated for the 2026 Women of Inspiration® Awards, presented by the Universal Women’s Network.
To be recognized alongside women who are leading, building, and creating meaningful change across Canada, the USA, and the UK is something I do not take lightly.
This moment is one of gratitude, reflection, and recommitment — to keep showing up, keep growing, and continue to go ALL IN.
Being recognized as a Woman of Inspiration is not simply an award — it is a reflection of purpose, impact, and responsibility.
It means that the work you have done has created a ripple effect beyond yourself. That your efforts have not only helped you grow, but have uplifted others, strengthened communities, and opened doors for those who come after you.
This recognition speaks to resilience — the ability to navigate challenges, adapt, and continue forward with intention. It honors the journey, not just the outcome — the possibility.
It carries a responsibility as well — to continue mentoring, supporting, and empowering others, especially women, to step into their own leadership journeys.
Most importantly, it affirms that my story matters.
That my journey, my growth, and my impact are not only meaningful — they are inspiring.
And that inspiration does not come from perfection, but from authenticity, consistency, and the willingness to keep evolving while bringing others along with moments of uncertainty, the risks taken, and the courage to step into leadership even when the path was not clear.
It also means you lead with both strength and heart. That you value care, connection, and accountability. That you create spaces where others feel seen, supported, and capable of success. It acknowledges that leadership is not about standing above others, but about lifting others up.
To be recognized in this way is to be seen as someone who contributes to something greater — someone who uses their voice, their experience, and their influence to inspire change, growth and momentum.
