A great Professional Development Day at MaKami College focused on something that matters in every educational setting: connection.

Our workshop explored the role of service in education and how the way we communicate, listen, respond, and create experiences can have a real impact on student engagement and success.

What made the session especially meaningful was the interaction. Through discussion, activities, and shared experiences, we moved beyond simply talking about service and had the opportunity to experience what connection can look and feel like in practice.
